How may I help you?
Welcome to the newest part of the business, The Tekkie. The Tekkie (AKA Charlotte) is here to help you with computer problems such as reinstalling Windows or other operating systems like Linux, teaching computer skills (I specialize in teaching adults), solving problems such as slow systems, installing printers, installing programs, ad-ware removal, virus removal, virus protection, setting up a new system, helping to choose or order new systems, setting up other small electronics such as cell phones, DVRs, VCRs, i-Pods, radios, T.V.s, etc.
I will be specializing in teaching computer skills for adults, either in their own home, or in my new business location (coming soon). As an adult who started learning the computer later in life, I understand how frustrating a computer, or other small electronics can be! Fortunately, I was able to attend college as an adult, and thus had many computer classes. Also, life experience has taught me much, and I feel I can relate to those learning new skills. Plus, I just love playing with "new toys". A very close friend, whom I had helped with a computer, once called me a "tekkie". Thus, the name. Hopefully I will have the pleasure of helping you also.
