SUMMARY:

My name is Charlotte Marie Fraise, and I would like to be your Graphic Designer.
I have a working knowledge of  many design/graphic programs, and the marketing skills and sales experience to utilize that knowledge. I enjoy working with the public and also enjoy giving back to my community by volunteering, especially for the Animal Protection League of Southeast Iowa.


Education
A.A. and  A.S. in Graphic Communications from Southeastern Community College May of 2007.

The Graphic Communications program at SCC included classes in Photoshop, Illustrator, Quark, InDesign, and Word, as well as several computer web-design and marketing classes.

 GPA of 3.83 


 Honors/Activities
Honor society of Phi Theta Kappa. 

Vice President of Ft. Madison Women’s Auxiliary of the V.F.W. for 2 years, and President of the Women’s Auxiliary of the V.F.W. for 2 years.

Board Member of The Animal Protection League of Southeast Iowa for 14 years, and also served as secretary of the A.P.L.

Have served as secretary of the Southeastern Community College Drama Club at the Keokuk campus for two years, and belong to the  Graphic Communications Club and Art Club (Public Relations Manager for the West Burlington campus.)

Involved in Cub Scouts as a Den Leader/Webelo Leader for ten years.

Involved in community activities such as volunteering for the Ft. Madison Railroad Museum, Fort Madison Fourth of July Kiddie Parade, and Animal Protection League of Southeast Iowa

Newsletter for Animal Protection League

Assorted projects for community/business included Head Start T-shirt, DesMoines County Information Technology Logo, several very old photos restored for various clients (see portfolio for examples), brochure for F.M. Art Association, business cards, invitations for SCC graduation for several students, backgrounds for poetry being put into book form.

Internship of six months at Dodd Printing & Stationery in Fort Madison, Iowa  (Worked with customers on Brochures, Business cards, Letterheads, Ads, Wedding Invitations, Maps, Business  forms, News letters, Note Pads, and many other design pieces.
